Avery Brown Week 02 Journal

Avery Brown, Week 02 Journal

This week has been an excellent work week for me.  I have been making several large pushes on the environment model.  Specifically on the hallway sections.  Last week, I had roughed out the hallways to Chris’s specifications, but this week I stepped it up.  The boring cross-section for the main door was replaced with a large room.  This area is the setting of two major scenes now, and I felt like it needed significant improvement.  The changes I made inspired Chris to re-write a crucial scene, which is now working much better than before.  The hallways also included a storage room, and the ice-furnace engine room.  In order to have a sensible hallway, I also modeled two different doors.  The imposing main door and the smaller door that will go everywhere else.  Other than that, I have also worked on a bunch of stuff for the main reactor room as well.

I also drew out orthographics for the Mad Scientist, so that Zach could work on Modeling him.
