Costume Network
I was tasked with a few things this week. I was told to refine costumes, work on re-timing my shots for the animatic, and making a spinny newspaper… As far as the costumes go, we immediately decided on what we wanted the janitor and Mad Scientist to be wearing. We still have to narrow down the costume design for the super, so I took our top few designs and refined them. I also made the spinny newspaper intros for our animatic. Due to the snow and some miscommunication, I didn’t get as much done on retiming the shots I was assigned. However, I am still working on them as we speak, so I’m planning to get a lot more of them done.
Hours breakdown:
- Advisor Meeting: Met with John Berton to explain what we did over the week. (2 hours)
- Group Meeting: First group meeting after break. Went over what we accomplished during the week. (0.5 hours)
- Concept Art: Worked on costume designs (4 hours)
- AE work: Designed spinning newspaper (1 hour)
- Retiming shots: Worked on retiming shots for the animatic (6 hours and counting…)
Total: 13.5 Hours and counting…

Snow!!! Costumes are coming along nicely.
Negatives:
Didn’t get as much of the retimed shots done as I would have liked. Snow got in the way.
