3 Looking Ahead

When I first arrived at Drexel I thought my dream job would be working at a large, well known game studio. However, I was very unsure if that was truly what I wanted; it just seemed much more interesting studying a liberal arts at the time. I am really thankful for the visual art classes because not only did they give a stronger ability to visualize to ideas, but also taught me that my digital skills were more widely applicable than I thought.  I hoping to at some point in the near future to go to grad school and further develop my artist skills, but first I would like spend a few years working, since I have been in school for most of my life. I have found that I really enjoy working with physical processes, sculpture was one of my favorite classes, and that my knowledge of computer graphics was really helpful since 3d graphics are being increasingly used in the production of physical work. Currently my ideal job would be at a special effects studio because that type of work seems like the prefect cross section of my interest in film, computer graphics, and physical work. I now seek a post-graduation opportunity to work with experienced creators furthering my professional and artistic development
